Jovees Veg Oat Peel, Cucumber Skin Toner and Hydra Moist Intense Moisturizer – Review

How are you doing? I am sitting near my coffee table, blood rushing with caffeine, and a head full of ideas. I just felt like writing a blog post today, talking to you guys the old fashion way. Not like blog posts are old fashioned, I just haven’t been doing it very often lately with YouTube videos taking up most of my time.
I recently won a giveaway (my first time ever) by Happy Stomach in association with Saheli. Saheli has always been my favorite store in the city when it comes to cosmetics shopping, like I say, its a paradise. Also, their bags and perfumes are worth a check. Happy stomach is owned by Vishist Gupta, a food blogger. Do visit his website here.
I won some Jovees products as giveaway prizes which I thought of reviewing here for you all. Jovees has been one of my all time favorite brands and I love using their skincare and haircare products.
The Veg Oat Peel is a mask + scrub in one product. It was the first time I tried this and I love using this. Its a cream colored coarse, grainy powder. Take a small amount of it and mix it with some filtered water, or rose water or with the Jovees rose or cucumber toner and make it into a paste. Apply its all over your skin and scrub it a little while applying. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off.
This cleans my oily skin of all the excess oil and dirt. With regular use it has helped lighten my burn marks which I got from a mishap recently (let’s not get into that now), Yes, I used it as a body scrub while testing if it can lighten stubborn marks and thankfully it did. If you have a dry skin then you might need a moisturizer after using this product. I would recommend you to do a patch test before trying this product if you have a sensitive skin like me (which you always should before trying out any new product).
I have been using the Jovees Cucumber toner for the last 2-3 years and there hasn’t been any going back ever since. I have finished at least 4-5 bottles of this and still repurchase it every time. It comes with a spray pump which makes it very hygienic, smells very refreshing and can be used as a face mist too.
After washing off the Veg Oat Peel, you can either wipe your face with a cotton pad wet in the toner or just spray it all over your face. You can also use this toner daily after washing your face with a face-wash or just to freshen your skin throughout the day (thanks to its fresh cucumber smell).
The hydra moist is an intense moisturizer as the name says and just a little of it is required to moisturize the skin. As winters are approaching, my oily skin is getting towards normal-combination and this moisturizer suits me very well. This is not too heavy but is quite moisturizing at the same time. Best part is, it comes with a pump which makes it extremely hygienic and travel friendly.
After using the toner, I use this moisturizer all over my face and neck to hydrate my skin. Its non greasy and doesn’t make my skin oily throughout the day. No doubt, this has become my current favorite moisturizer now.
I hope my review has been helpful for you all incase you want to try out these products. Let me know your thoughts in the comments down below!
Stay beautiful!

I’d like to know how to participate in one.
I found hydra moist to be most useful in the lot.
